Sir I have passed my intermediate in 2012 and scored 393 marks in Bihar board examination seeking 9 position in commerce stream bseb.a central sector scheme of scholarship is running since 11 five year plan .in merit list my name is mentioned but lack of information led me miss my scholarship amt so what should I now do for getting my amt of 10000 for each year of ugcnow I am in second year. Can I now apply in application provided for 2013 batch candidate? Please give me advice as soon as possible thanking you.
