Sir,
I have applied for JEE Main and Advanced
and prepare well. Actually I want to get seat
in IIT for any branch of B.Tech. But I also want
scholarship because the fee is high.
I came to know that the fee in IIT reduced for reserved students.
I comes under SC category. So, I get any deduction in fee?

Yes, you can get fee deduction to study BTech in IIT being a SC student. In IIT Madras all SC/ST and PwD students are exempted from payment of Tuition fees irrespective of their parents income. You can find the details in the IIT Madras website link given Click Here.
The fee for the SC/ST & Ph students are less in IIT Kanpur also. You can find the details in the IIT Kanpur website link given Click Here. In IIT Bombay also tuition fee is waived off for SC/ST/PD students.
