Chances to get Inspire scholarship if got two backlog in 1st year? When the application form will be issue?


Hello sir, I am in 2nd year of Mechanical engineering and have got two backlog in 1st year. Please tell me am I eligible to apply for Inspire scholarship? When the application form will be issue?
