I am a student of B.com part 2. and i want to do company secretary course after graduation so tell about a good college in Delhi where loan facility from is available because i am a very poor student.

==>Then Apply under Higher Education and Skill Development Guarantee Scheme.
==>Just follow the procedure
Also you can visit HDFC or ICICI bank for education loan.mostly colleges are not affiliated with banks for education loans.so need to get particular information by visiting a bank is best option.
