Procedure to get the scholarship form for 12th CBSE board?


I have secure 82 percentage in class 12th from CBSE board. From newspaper I come to know that I am eligible to get scholarship, so please inform me that how can I apply this form? What should be the steps I need to follow for the same? Awaiting for the response.
