West Bengal school service commission is conducted every year for the recruitment of teachers.

The application form is submitted by online. The candidate can fill the online application at http://online.westbengalssc.com/sscorg/wbssc/home/

No, you cannot get educational loan for admission purpose. Educational loans are sanctioned only for professional and technical courses.
