Whether students have to repay double the amount of loan under Education Loan policy?


I have heard that students who got an Education Loan will have to pay double the amount or more than double of what he/she got for their education. Is it true?

You have to pay the education loan with interest according to latest rates. There is no such rule at present, which says that one has to pay double the amount.

Hence, don't worry about anything. You have to pay according to the rates released by the RBI.
