No, the Zaporozhye State Medical University, Ukraine is not approved by Medical Council of India (MCI). The MCI recognition is valid only for colleges and universities in India. Since, the Zaporozhye State Medical University is in Ukarine, it does not required MCI recognition. It is certified by State Certification Commission and License of the Ministry of Higher Education and Science of Ukraine Series. You need to visit the bank directly along with required documents like ID Proof, Address Proof, Admission letter, Salary Slips, etc., to apply for an education loan.
