u can nw after acheving master degree aplly for mastetr means mca and then u will get a good job

My name is Shreyansh Hingar and i am a final year student of BCA and it will be complete in 3-4 months maximumly, I am also pursuing the 3rd Sem. of GNIIT course, which includes Many languages as C, C , C#, ADO.Net, Java etc... now i want the suggestion whether i have to complete the GNIIT ( aprox 1 yr remaining after BCA ) and doing job simultaneously or should i complete GNIIT and then MCA and then apply for job.

Hi ...I am sushil kumar shakya. I complet B.C.A 1st Sem. B.C.A line is a Right/ Wrong. But i want to software enginear.

I suggest you to must go for the NIIT or the Jet kind computer academy.After doing that you will be placed in some of the good IT companies

i think after completing bca you can even go for Msc.it....

i think B.C.A degree is been offered only in in India...so i just want to know the job oppurtunities for BCA abroad.now iam doing my final year BCA.

MCA is a postgraduate course where BCA graduates are allowed to take the admission.As you are BCA graduate so surely you are eligible to pursue MCA.As this is a pg level course so you must pursue it from a recognized university & good reputed university.No matters thta whether you had gained good marks in 12th or not.After completing your postgraduation in MCA there will be following jib oppurtunities:-

BCA is a wonderful genre. It is technical and fully IT sector oriented course. You can definitely go for job search in your final year of BCA. Your college will definitely have campus recruitment procedures in your final year. So you can enroll yourself for such procedure via your college TPO. You might have to pay for this. Although this amount is very nominal. Also along with this you can go for online job portals like www.naukri.com, www.shine.com, www.durgajobs.com, etc. Here you can register as a BCA candidate and make search over software jobs. Do not miss the opportunities I mentioned and check on the jobs that you get.

In order to get jobs in Software Industry,you should have good command over English.

Apart from this you should also have good knowledge over core Languages.These are:-

>>C.
>>C++.
>>Java.

You should have also knowledge on advanced topics:-

>>Oracle/My SQL.
>>Unix/Linux.
>>Windows Administration.

Other Core languages on which you should have grip are:-

>>Advanced Java.
>>.NET.
>>Asp.
>>Php.
>>Graphics.
>>Compiler Design.

The Most important subject on which you should have good Knowledge is Software Engineering as because from this you will be asked questions in Interview.

After BCA you have lots of option to make your career. But let me tell u one thing, just doing a BCA degree wont get u a job, U need to score good marks too.if you have 60% throughout ur academics from 10th to BCA whereas some company ask 70 or even 80% and at the same time you must have good knowledge about the domain you want to go for (eg., Java, DotNet, PHP)
