Re: Other courses after company secretary course?
hi dear,
First of all be cleared, weather you want to go for higher studies or want to work. Thats because you are asking salary after B.com (CS) and simultaneouly for LLB and MBA. However, if you want to go for higher studies then go for MBA with specialisation in HR or Finance both will be better for you. However, LLB with specialization in Corporate law is much better then MBA, but remember persue it from Good Institute for betterment of your career thanks |

Re: Other courses after company secretary course?
As you know that a company secretary itself has a good value because any company with a paid up share of a minimum of 50 lakhs are bound to appoint a company secretary who acts as an advisor. So, any professional course like CA or a degree in Law will definitly give boost to your career.
A company which is bound to appoint a company secretary always gives priority to the one with his/her expertise in more than one field, i mean a company secretary with a degree in law or being a chartered accountant will always be the first choice of the employer. |

Re: Other courses after company secretary course?
hi dear,
Well dear you are going right, no need for any further studies because your qualification after completion of LLB and CS would be enough for a good start in a Corporate firm. However, even if you feels the need of further studies then MBA (Finance/HR) or LLM are two better options. It also depends upon your own interest weather you want to exlpore your career in Corporate sector then MBA is a goof option, otherwise for Law firm LLM is a good option. OR if you want to divert little more then CFA will aslo be benificial. If you have any other goal then you can opt for that , but have a good analysis before acting. Best of Luck thanks |

I have Finished my M.Com with 53% and has enrolled for Company secretary course (ICSI) and simultaneously got admission for Master of Business Laws (MBL) from National Law school of India university, bangalore. Do I get a good career job offer after finishing both ACS as well as MBL. Just also want to know whether the ACS and MBL has a good combination for getting a well placed job in any reputed organisation in India or in abroad.

Re: Other courses after company secretary course?
dear mac,
i will always suggest to do c.s. rather than mba as you are much aware that mba is continuously loosing its value as per data every second person is an mba. so to all guys i will prefer ll.b. at graduation level and after c.s. or c.s. after graduation as i have done bba-mcom but in search of job i had divert myself on c.s. and ll.b. now i am in cs final and ll.b. 2nd yr and feeling the touch of superior position. 3 years for graduation and 2 years for pg is totally waste of time.anyone can understand if he doesnot get a job after pg or get job of 5000,10000,15000 after pg. ll.b. secure job as lawyer and c.s. is a authorised person under law for various post and practices.I think students should not waste their time in ba,bsc, bcom, bba etc after 12th and should join ll.b. plus c.s. simultaneously. For graduate and post graduate students:- there is no wrong time to start good things. Best of Luck cs.Amit Jain |
