hi dear,
First of all be cleared, weather you want to go for higher studies or want to work. Thats because you are asking salary after B.com (CS) and simultaneouly for LLB and MBA. However, if you want to go for higher studies then go for MBA with specialisation in HR or Finance both will be better for you. However, LLB with specialization in Corporate law is much better then MBA, but remember persue it from Good Institute for betterment of your career thanks |

As you know that a company secretary itself has a good value because any company with a paid up share of a minimum of 50 lakhs are bound to appoint a company secretary who acts as an advisor. So, any professional course like CA or a degree in Law will definitly give boost to your career.
A company which is bound to appoint a company secretary always gives priority to the one with his/her expertise in more than one field, i mean a company secretary with a degree in law or being a chartered accountant will always be the first choice of the employer. |

hi dear,
Well dear you are going right, no need for any further studies because your qualification after completion of LLB and CS would be enough for a good start in a Corporate firm. However, even if you feels the need of further studies then MBA (Finance/HR) or LLM are two better options. It also depends upon your own interest weather you want to exlpore your career in Corporate sector then MBA is a goof option, otherwise for Law firm LLM is a good option. OR if you want to divert little more then CFA will aslo be benificial. If you have any other goal then you can opt for that , but have a good analysis before acting. Best of Luck ![]() thanks |
