what is the eligibility for aerospace engg aft diploma...???

I finish my diploma in Cs ,it is possible to joi n aeronatical

Its doubtful that you can join the engineering course of aeronautical engineering after completing your diploma course in mechanical stream through CET.

The problem is that since you have completed your diploma course from Mechanical hence colleges offer you mechanical engineering through lateral entry.

You must have completed your diploma course from aeronautical if you wish to join the aeronautical engineering through CET.

But you have a chance to go through AIEEE/IIT to get placed in Aeronautical engineering which is not possible through CET.

If you score well then you can get yourself placed in a good college.

you can get in to aeronautical engineering through any CET exams or the all india entrance like

aieee(all india engineering entrance exam)

JEE(joint entrance exam) conducted by IIT's(Indian institute of technology)

and many other CET's

attempt the above exams you can definitely become a good aeronautical engineer

Yes you can surely get admission to direct second year. For that you will have to answer few entrance tests like your state CET or LEET. You can even answer AIEEE or IIT JEE but you will be admitted to 1 year instead of 2nd year.

So keep yourself updated of the forms of the entrance exams by checking the sucesscd website.

yes you can join directly into the second year in aeronautical for which you have to write entrance exams for that particular university.for example in andhra pradesh you have to write ecet entrance exam to get admission directly into second year in engineering..so go for the respective exam and you can join aeronautical second year after your diploma even in the mechanical field..good luck

@rahul k : IITs dont allow admission in direct second yr even if the candidate have diploma or any other degree.
CET can be the option for 2nd yr admission.

Yes,you can do Aeronautical Engineering after completing your 10th.
For this you can join a 3 year Diploma course in Aeronautical Engineering.
For getting admission to any Diploma course you need to qualify the JET(Joint Entrance Test of your state.
On the basis of your rank in the JET test,you will be assigned College.
The higher rank you will score,the better College you will get.
As you want to do Engineering degree in Aeronautical Engineering,so you can apply for Aeronautical Engineering on the basis of your Diploma course.
For getting admission in degree course after Diploma,you need to qualify the Lateral entry test.
On the basis of Lateral entry test,you will directly get admission to second year of Engineering degree.

Hi frend
As you have completed diploma in mechanical engg. you are eligible for direct second year engginering in aeronautical for BTec. Provided you have to crack CET of the state with marit rating.
You may also apply with national enterence exam for the same but they will admit you in first year of the corse.
