It is not that difficult to deciding on a career>!

All you need to consider is: what is your field of interest? You must not go by what you friends decide or be under pressure from your family members to decide. Merely because your parents are doctors, for example, does not mean that you too need to pursue the same.

If you are unsure, you should definitely attend an Education Fair. The Fair will get you in touch with lots of institutes and courses that will help you decide on a career option.

Above all, you need to have faith and confidence in yourself, the determination to pursue what interests you, and tons of hard work to achieve your career goals.

yes you can join Bpo after 10 .
For BPO your communication skill should be good.

BPOs will not offer jobs to people below 18 years. However, if your fluency in nglish is very good, you might persuade an employer in a BPO to take you.

However, it is not worth it. i'd suggest you take you life seriously and do a decent education.

Then if you are selected then they will send you for a training whose duration may vary from 3 weeks to 3 months.

Hi

BPO stands for the Business Process Outsourcing. This is one of the largest industries and also one of the fastest growing industries in the world right now. As you must have heard that all the BPO's have migrated to India and other Asian countries from USA, and that is why so many citizens complain about the same.

India is one of the largest BPO Sector country and it has BPO divisions in almost all the IT Companies. Some of the top BPO Companies in India are as follows:-

HCL BPO
Wipro BPO
Accenture BPO
TCS BPO
WNS
Convergys
Genpact
Aon Hewitt
etc and many many more...

Now this industry hires always and the hiring never stops in it. So there are plenty of jobs available in such industries. However there are some who ask for a minimum eligibility criteria to be fulfilled before they can join any BPO. The main eligibility conditions are as follows :

1. You should be a minimum 12th class pass from a recognized school or board of education in India. Though you can join even as a 10th pass, but it is not suggested as this industry is stagnant and won't provide you ANY growth if you do not have proper education background.

2. You should be very good and excellent with your communication skills. This is a major requirement in this industry and if you have this then you can get a job in any of the top BPO's. So make sure that your communications and interpersonal skills are at their best.

These two are the major requirements. So you can try to look for any job if you have this.

I would still recommend that you do your minimum Class 12th and then try to apply for the jobs in the BPO Industry.

yes you can join in BPO having 10th passed ..

but you only think why to go in that field.having interest is good..but if you have bachelor degree then you will have more importance and good pay..present situation you will enjoy the work but after 3-4 years when the BPO companies hires graduate people then what you would do?

no..you need to do graduation then ..without any thought..no option left..so friend my suggestion is first focus on caree in study.then can join in any company thenyou will have number of choices to choose teh path..

Hi,

I don't think you can find a job in BPO after passing 10th standard.

All the outsourcing companies, like Call centres, BPO whether domestic or international require at least 12th pass students for the job of customer care executives or call centre executives.

Moreover, hiring an employee below 18 years is illegal.

So, minimum 12th pass is required for these kinds of jobs.

Though, you have got good and fluent communication skills, which is a pre-requisite for BPO jobs, your age will be a problem.

Therefore, I suggest you to complete at least intermediate if you want to get a BPO job.
