i am sorry to pass this comment-it appears from the above that the majority of the aspirants for civil services are very poor at expressing even a simple query in English; if this is the case how are they going to do in states where the language to be dealt in their official life is mostly in English. any way let me know:
1. how do we know the precise cut of mark in each subject?
2. do they (UPSC) officially announce the cut of mark for each subject? or we only assume based on the feedback we get from aspirants.

they all are giving wrong information results will not disclosed but in case you qualify then directly you will admit card for the mains to mailing address then only you can apply for the mains

its conducted in 2 parts preliminary and mains.....

(A) Tentative Schedule

(i) Notification of Examination
November/December of previous year

(ii) Conduct of Examination
May


B) Age - limits:
21-30 years as on 1st August of the year of Examination.

Certain categories of persons as specified in the Commission's Notice as published in Employment News/Rozgar Samachar are eligible for age relaxation.

(C) Educational Qualification

Degree of a Recognised University or equivalent.

No notification has been issued till now regarding result of UPSC prelims exam.

The result will be displayed on UPSC official website: www.upsc.gov.in

And subsequently it will also be published in employment news.

Some of them in the forum said ...it was August 4th last year when the Prelims result was announced. If that's the case... Why there is a delay this year...?

I think when you lost your roll umber you might be having your registartion number through which you can try that you could get duplicate admit cardof the exam.
just try whetehr you can get it.

But its really you carelessness!!!!!!
