But First you should have minimum 60% i.e first class in Masters.

Then only You will be eligible for some universities like:

-Delhi University

-Anna University

-Jamia Milia Islamia University

-Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University

Contact the university authorities...

Some universities may take yearly entrance exams.

offocourse friends it is so good for your carriers.Both MS and P.hd programs are good after MCA.
After Ph.D. or MS teaching is not the only option, there are huge spectrum of jobs which you can be hired for.

I am going to complete my MCA(Distance mode) in the year 2013.so pls suggests me that i will eligible for phd in uk or not..?

i completed my MCA in this year 2012.i want go for abroad for further studying.which courses are better for me.

For those who are thinking of having MTech/MS in CSE after MCA, I like to inform that they will not be considered for the post of lecturer ( Now Assistant professor) in the CSE dicipline. The new AICTE norms allows only BTech MTech on the same stream for teaching that stream. So a MCA MTech stands on the same point as only MCA with no additional advantage. However most of the universities require valid gate score for the MCA people to pursue PhD in CSE or an admission test followed by interview for the MCA. However this requirement can be skipped if you have MCA MTech. After PhD (Engg) you will be able to teach CSE pupils.

Friend first be specific whether you want to go for carrier as programmer or as Network Admin.Both have good opportunity you can select any one on the basis of you interest.
