i have passed 12th in 2010 ci have nt given iit yet can i give it in 2012

As you have already appeared IIT twice so you have become too old to appear 10th and then 12th again.
Your attempts are over.
Sometimes students feel defeated if can't clear some exam. It happens with many people so please don't try to make it in some wrong ways. You will be caught easily.
In AIEEE there is provision of third attempt. If you think that you can qualify IIT in third attempt then you should score within 1000 AIR in AIEEE and I don't think that is a bad career path. There are many engineers who couldn't qualify IIT but people know them for their work and researches in the advancement of science and technology.
So prepare for AIEEE well and forget about IIT. If you would have thought seriously about it before then you could clear it. But now it's late and time to take a turn towards AIEEE.
Don't be nervous for your career and life. If you deserve to be a good engineer then you would be, no matter you make it through IIT or some NIT or IIIT or BITS.

Dear Friend,
Sorry to inform you but a person can appear in IIT JEE examination only two times.First time in the year in which he is appearing in class 12th final examination and again in the succeeding year.

As you have already appeared two times you will not be able to appear in the examination third time.

Eligibility Criteria For Appearing in IIT-JEE

In order to be eligible to appear in IIT-JEE..you should satisfy the following conditions :-

1) You should be a 12th pass-out with 60% or above aggregate in Physics,Chemistry and Maths

2) You are only allowed to appear twice for the exam..once in the year of passing f 12th and the other in the next consecutive year..

So,i am really very sorry but IIT-JEE permits only two chances to the aspirants hence you cannot appear for the 3rd time..

However,you can appear in the AIEEE exam for the third time if you like but in AIEEE also..this would be your last attempt..

Sorry you can't attempt 3rd time for IITJEE.
Few years before 7 attempts were allowed but now the attempt has been limited to 2 only.
once you can appear in the same year in which you are appearing for 12th board and your 2nd attempt will be the next year after 12th.

hello,
the maximum chance for writing IIT -JEE is only 2 times. If you have 2 times then there will be no chance to write 3rd time.

Dear Candidate,

According to IIT-JEE eligibility criteria:
A candidate can give IIT-JEE exam only two times consecutively i.e. if he/she misses the second chance, he/she can't give this exam in the future.

So, as you have already attempted two times. Your chance is over, now you can't give IIT-JEE exam anymore.

The eligibility criterias for IITJEE are:-
1)The candidate (general or OBC) must be within 25 years of age.
2)He should be appearing after not more than 2 years of passing class XII
3)He should secure 60% in class XII
4)A maximum of two attempts are allowed.

Hence you cannot appear for the third time in IITJEE.

No my dear friend no, you cannot sit for the third time in IITJEE.
the eligibility criteria for the exam is given below:-
1)you should be not more than 25 years of age
2)you should have secured 60% in your class XII exam
3)the time interval between the year of passing class XI and the year of sitting for the exam should not exceed 2 years
4)you can sit for the exam for a maximum of two times only.

So, to sit for the exam you it is necessary for you to satisfy all the criterias. even if you satisfy criterias 1 and 2, you are failing in 3 and 4.

Hard Luck buddy but IIT has just allowed 2 attempts. So you cant attempt IIT JEE for the 3rd time.

But dont worry. IIT isnt the end of the world. There are lots of exams all over india like AIEEE,COMEDK,BITSAT and many more

If you have lost in IIT JEE then you can attempt for AIEEE 3rd time. In AIEEE its permitted to answer for 3 times

So give it a try. Dont worry if you didnt crack IIT. Aim for GATE and get there for MTech
