my father is a gov.employe(600000/y) and im belong to hindu general category.
I have 77% mark in 2
now im doing BTec first year .
there is any scholarship that I could apply in this year or at second year BTec

Sir, I am a student of a Govt. Engineering college of state Telangana. I have got selected for mhrd scholarship after my 12th i.e., in my btech first year but due to some reasons I am unable to apply for that. Now I am in btech 2nd year can I apply for that on the basis of 1st year merit (above 70% without any backlogs)? ( Father is a govt employee with income below 6 lakhs per annum)
