Can i fill the form online?

hello sir,
I am doing b.sc chemistry 3nd year in vinayaka mission university salem in distance. I wish to join b.ed in this year. I can join b.ed in any college.but allcoleeges says "now u can join without certificate" but when class will start course complete certificate is must. in that time you are lost everything so u will join next year. but i have to join this year. so can u help me any other way to join b.ed this year plz give any suggestion

warm regards, we are having a tie up with over 68 colleges in J&K that offer B.Ed through distance learning and full time. In both the cases the candidate only needs to come for the final examination. the complete course will cost you 60,000 rs. There r certain colleges in India where B.Ed starts from october. if u complete ur graduation by then, u can go for B.Ed.

The B.Ed session from kashmir university will be from oct 2011 to oct 2012. so if u've scored more than 45% in graduation, u are eligible
