Sorry but the dates have expired for the 2011 april exam, you can take the exam next semester ,You can expect BSNL JTO notification in the month of February of 2011. It often releases their JTO forms then.
However , now a days SC/ST candidate's posts are available, if you belong to this category then do apply soon.
