Yes you can take admission in bca through distance education. Some of the popular distance education universities are smu,ptu,mdu. Yes bca is equivalent to graduation.Other than computer you can take admission in hardware or networking course.

Yes you are eligible to do bca from sikkim manipal university.
Minimum eligibility criteria for admission into bca is +2 pass from a recognised board. Or a certificate in computer course six month from a reputed institute.
