Apart from the information given by Aashish Singhal

You can also apply for internship and training at other BHEL location.
One of my friend did it from BHEL hyderabad without any cost.

You need to find good contacts who are working at higher position in these companies.
They will refer you CV to respective HR. Many time, an additional seat or post is created just because an employee has requested.
