CPT June 2010 Applications for admission to Common Proficiency Test June 2010 (Paper-Pencil Mode) is required to be made on the relevant prescribed form as contained in the CPT June 2010 Information Brochure, which may be obtained from the following address on payment of Rs. 600/- (Rs.500/- towards examination fee and Rs. 100/- towards cost of CA CPT Exam 2010 application form and Information brochure) per CPT 2010 application form.
