i am bcom graduate with 70% marks but dut to some reason i wasnt able to give my mcom exams & my attempt came in nov so whether i am eligible for llb

I have 40% in B.Com form d.u & next in i L.L.B form in Tax in UP am i eligible in for getting into LLB govt. or (P) university plz give the name & add the university in my mail [email protected] Thanks sir or Madam
