My friend why do you want to skip math altogether?I assume you are not that good in math.
well in that case try doing some easier chapter like: complex number(they are not that complex.duh...) co-ordinate geometry logarithm differential calculus differential equation etc You cant get a really good rank( so as to get NIT s) if you skip math.

i don't think its an good idea,
you have to concentrate equally on all the three subjects. more over in case of tie its the maths marks which decides the rank
