Re: Passing marks in CA CPT in each subject?
Hello,
See CPT means common proficiency test. This is held by ICAI organization for shortlisting candidates for CA or chartered accountancy course. The subjects covered in CPT are accounts,Economics, mercantile laws and lastly, mathematics. All total marking on these subjects are 60+40 in one set and 50+50 in another set. CPT has two sections of tests which comes to a total of 200. Now among these marks you have to get 50% or more to be in the CA course. CPT can be opted for as many times as you want but CA course must be opted for the maximum of 5 times. So buckle your shoes and start preparing for it. |

Re: Passing marks in CA CPT in each subject?
Marks for CA-CPT
Exam is considered a unit and there is no minimum marks for each subject separately. An aggregate of 50% in all the papers together is required to qualify in the examination. The pass mark therefore would be 100 out of a total of 200 in all the papers together. |
