All the information regarding application form can be checked by visiting the official websites of the respective IITs where the application form has been sent.
You have to provide the application form number to get the details.

To know that your iit application is accepted or not just visit any of iits official webites enter your application number
or you can sms your application number to the number provided on the last cover page of iit jee appliction form prospectus

It is very easy to check the status of your IIT-JEE application form status.

Visit the JEE website of your zonal IIT, to which zone you have sent the application form.

There enter your application number and you can have a glance over the status of your IIT-JEE application form.

You will be able to know whether your application form has been received by respective IIT zone or not.
