Hi I am staying in Mumbai , I have done my graduation in commerce stream in 2007 from mumbai university. Please tell me from where i can get admission for CS course? How much fee is required for this course? Which subject includes in this Course? Practically how much time is required for this course?

u will have to needs to clear 3 stages to qualify as Company Secretary and these are:

* Foundation Course
* Executive Programme
* Professional Programme


These are the three levels included in the courses on company secretaryship.

Foundation Course:

The minimum eligibility to gain entry in the Foundation Course is a pass in 10+2th in any stream.the duration of course is 8 months.

Executive Course:

A pass in the Foundation Course Examination of the ICSI/Graduation degree or a Master's degree/Pass in ICWAI, ICAI can allow you entry in executive course. The course is of 9 months.

Professional Course:Once you pass the executive Course you automatically become eligible for admission to the professional Course.

Foundation Course: One passing the Final examination of ICSI you will need to undergo a practical training after which, you will be completely eligible for the Associate Membership of the Institute.

cs is a private degree . there is no entrance exam for this . you have to make a check of 7000 rs in favour of cs department.

The CS or company Secretary course is conducted by the Institute of Company Secretary of India or ICSI.
The career as a CS is respectable and financially rewarding as you get a handsome salary.

The job of a company secretary is to ensure that the Board procedures are strictly followed and regularly revised.

There are 3 stages in becoming a CS:

1.Foundation Course.
2.Intermediate course
3.Final Course.

Foundation Course:
The Minimum Eligibility to enter the foundation course is 10+2 pass examination or its equivalent.The course is of 8 months.

Intermediate Course:
Pass in the Foundation course of ICSI/Bachelor's Degree or a MAster's Degree.
Also, if you pass in ICWAI, ICAI, then also you stand eligible.
Intermediate course is of 9 months.

Final Course:
On passing the intermediate course, you become eligible for Final Course.

After passing the final exam, you have to undergo practical training after which you become eligible for the Associate Membership of the Institute.

FEE:
CS Prospectus can be obtained from any of the offices of the Institute across India and Cost of Prospectus for Foundation Programme : Rs. 200/- by cash payment while
Rs. 250/- by Post or courier

ICSI is a statutory under an ACT of Indian Parliament. The course is divided into three section :

1. Foundation Programme
2. Executive Programme
3. Professional Programme

Eligibility :
10+2 in any stream Arts, commerce, science (excluding fine arts) are eligible for the first part that Foundation Programme. However, if you are a graduate you are exempted from Foundation programme and can directly apply in the second stage that the Executive Programme.

Examination :
The examination is conducted twice in a year. In June and in December.

Duration :
If you go from standard route that is from Foundation it takes a minimum of 4 years. However, time taken in completion totally depends on your capacity. The syllabus is huge if you keep on passing all the group exams without failing at any sitting than it will take 3 years.
