You can get admission in some govt. colleges in UP like MMM College,Gorakhpur or KNIT Sultanpur but not in popular fields like Electronics,Computer science,Electrical,etc.You can also go for some good private colleges like JSS Noida,KIET Ghaziabad,AKG ghaziabad,Glgotia Ghaziabad,Shri Ram Swaroop,lucknow,BBDNITM lucknow,etc.GOOD LUCK.
