ya it seems u can get iit because of ur good percentile....

i have a gate score of 46 in BT ( cut -off being 41.78) percentile is 89.98, which colleges am i likely to get? although my prefered state is delhi or ncr.

you might get seat in IIT as you are from OBC, there is a very good chance just try fill all the applications of iit s who know you might enter. best of luck.
