I have done MBA (Human Resources + Marketing specialization) from Shivaji University, Kolhapur in acadmic year 2009-2010. I wish to do Ph.D in Human resource subject from same university.
Please help me to understand the admission procedure, and entrance exam syllabus of Shivaji University. Model question papers will help me much in this regard.

The maximum colleges or universities required.........

The admissions of Ph.D programs should followed Entrance exam and personal interview.

The required post graduation percentage is 55% core subjects...........
