Admission procedure for Ph.D in Human Resource? What is the syllabus?


Dear Sir/Madam,

I have done MBA (Human Resources + Marketing specialization) from Shivaji University, Kolhapur in acadmic year 2009-2010. I wish to do Ph.D in Human resource subject from same university.
Please help me to understand the admission procedure, and entrance exam syllabus of Shivaji University. Model question papers will help me much in this regard.
