Candidate passed diploma degree are eligible to get jobs in government sector. To get job candidates have to qualify in entrance examination.

Candidates can appear for PSU'S, Railway Loco Pilot and Electricity Board entrance examination for recruitment as Junior Engineer or as a Loco Pilot in Indian Railway.

So, you need to prepare for entrance examination to get job.
