After gaining experience in US what is the probability that we can get a decent job in India?

If we pursue MS in Industrial Engineering in US does it have a good scope. If so after some years of experience in US itself what is the probability that we can get a decent job in India which might fetch at least 50% of the pay scale which we might have been receiving in the US?

You need not to worry about getting a job after coming back to INDIA.

You would then have US work experience. Which company would deny you to give a job!

Its always good to have a work experience if you are a job hunter and a work experience of a country like US always keeps an edge over others.
Also, it will raise your package for the job than the normal one.

So, you need to worry about the fact that whether you will be able to get a job in India after working in US for some time. Though the package will be that much fancy and this thing you also know very well. So, there shouldn't be any concern.

Its just that, before leaving for INDIA, start your job search a couple of months before so that afer coming here the time is not wasted.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
