this is my first question to this cite please guid me with your sugesstion.

i am mba hr completed 4 years ago and know i got an offer from a national wide play school
who deals with the kids of 2 to4 years age group and they are asking me manage the school on whole and sole responsibility and give report to director.

should i go with this or not and this would give advantage to my hr career or not
please reply me.

The job profile consists of managing the school will help you in gaining confidence and experience. You should go ahead and take up the job and prove your mettle.
