After I do MBBS in India how can I go and do my post graduation or MD or MS and residency in the US America

In order to do so you have to clear the United States Medical Licensing Examination famously known as USMLE.
It has three steps.
Step 1 is a MCQ based 8 hr long exam based on pre and para medical subjects like anatomy , physiology, biochemistry, pathology, pharmacology, microbiology, biostatistics, epidemiology and behavioral sciences.
Passing marks are 190 and a good score is mostly above 240.
Similarly you need to clear other steps which also include a test of English language and ur work and research experience.

MCI recognize post graduate qualification in medical studies from 5 countries only i.e. - USA, Canada, UK, Australia and New Zealand. And there is no screening test after PG qualification from abroad. If you study from somewhere else, you wont get registration as a specialist doctor.
