iam doing my 8th sem in b.e aeronautical engineering. how to get a job in airlines or maintenance side.

With a BE in Aeronautical Engineering degree you can find job in various airlines like Kingfisher airline, Air India, Indian Airlines, Helicopter Corporation of ndia and flying clubs, private airlines and government owned air service and aircraft manufacturers like the Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. (HAL)

Initially, you can begin your work as graduate engineer trainees or junior Engineers. You can directly apply in these companies. Just visit their website or read employment newspaper daily for latest & updated vacancies.

You can also get job in Defense Research and Development Laboratories, National Aeronautical Lab (NAL), Aeronautical Development Establishment, Civil Aviation Department etc.

B.E Aeronautical AND AME IS A STUPID COURSE ,NOWDAYS AVIATION INDUSTRY IN RECESSION.U WONT GET A JOB UNLESS YOU GET A REFRENCE AND AFTER ENTERING ALSO U WILL THINK WHY THE HELL I JOINED HERE.SO MY FRIENDS PLEASE DONT TAKE AVIATION RELATED COURSE

I completed B.E in Aeronautical Engineering. I secured 78% .I have registered in NAL as graduate engineering trainee and also in ADA as research fellow
when they will call me?i am waiting 18 months.what are the selection process for NAL Graduate engineering trainee.

Guyz, I am an aeronautical Engineer. I suugest u not to take aeronautical engg. U wont get job in maintenance field or airline unless u have a reference.
Aero engg is mainy for designers and the posibility of getting a job is tough. AME is maintenance oriented course n there too getting a job is tough.
For those of u who have already joined for aero course, gather max info before u pass out n be prepared of what to do after d course. U can get a job but its tough.
For those who have not joined yet, I suggest Mechanical Engg. With that u can get job in aero field too.
