i'm sumit, want 2 complete one sitting degree through shobhit university . Graduation is one sitting is illegal or not ? It is acceptable for higher education or jobs in india ?

Yes you are eligible to sit for the IBPS Examination. IBPS stands for Institute of Banking Personnel Selection. It conducts examination for recruitment of candidates in various posts. Nineteen banks participates in this. The written exam it conducts is known as Common Written Examination and on cracking this you will be called for an interview session where the final decision will be taken.

On scoring well in the exam you will be given a score card. It will be valid for one year only. Based on your performance you will be called for the interview session. If you get selected then you have to submit the original documents for verification purpose. After that you will be sent appointment letter.

IBPS Clerk Exam:-

To sit for this examination you need a graduate degree in any discipline of your choice. The minimum age limit for giving this exam is 18 and the upper age limit for general category is 28 years. However it is different for different reserved categories. For SC/ST candidates it is 33 years, for OBC candidates it is 31 years and for persons with disabilities it is 38 years.

IBPS PO Examination:-

You need to have a degree from a recognized university or equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government. The minimum age limit for this exam is 21 years and the maximum age limit is 30 years.

IBPS SO Examination:-

To become an IT Officer you should have a four year engineering degree on IT/computer science/electronics or any other degree with DOEACC with level 'B' certificate. For HR/Personnel officer you need any UG or PG degree or diploma in Personnel management/ Industrial relations/Social work/Labour law. You need any degree and 2 yr MBA on marketing/PGDBA with marketing specialization to become a marketing officer. You need to have a degree in law and you should be enrolled as an advocate in Bar council to become a law officer. The lower age limit 20 years and the upper age limit is 30 years.
