i am completed my 2yr diploma can i eligible for 2nd year b.tech

First of all you will be eligible for B.Tech only after completing your Diploma course. The course duration should be 3 years for the technical institutes. It should be from a recognised institute. You can appear for the lateral entry when you are in the third year. You can start preparing for the exam when you are in the second year.

No Dear you are not eligible for 2nd year B.tech

dear friend, you have not mentioned your stream or branch of your diploma.
generally diploma of engineering category are of 3 years. but if your course is a 2 year course , then you may get a chance to get admission into 2nd year b.tech of same stream as you have at your diploma.....

after completion of your diploma degree you are eligible for admission in b-tech degree.

but you have qualify with good score in GLATE exam.

and you are join directly in 2nd year b-tech.

I complet B.Sc(IT) can I sit for GLATE
