Am I eligible for AIPMT?
I am a Medical student of B.U.M.S. 1ST year in Nashik Health Science University at Maharashtra.I am OBC candidate.I have passed my HSC with 66.83% from Mumbai Divisional Board in February 2010.Will I be aligible for AIPMT?

sir, i had passed 12th class by supplimentry in physics and i hav more than 50% in p.c.b. So am i eligible for dis entrance exam?

i think you are eligible for it ,, because the critrie says that candidate should be between 17-25 years of age as on December 31st, 2011. There is a relaxation of 5 years in upper age limit for SC/ST/OBC candidates.
A candidate should have passed 12th or be appearing in 2011 with the subjects Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English. Also a candidate should have at least got 50% marks in PCB for general candidates and 40% for SC/ST/OBC candidates. A candidate can only appear for AIPMT for a maximum of three times. |

iam in my 11th std.till today i had an idea for preparing for iit.but now i have decided to do MBBS.is the time left for me enough to prepare for AIPMT? plus i always score 90 in physics and chemistry.and 95 in biology.do u think i will be able to crack AIPMT with the time left.iam going for iit coaching so i can manage my physics and chemistry part.but what about biology.iam studying in CBSE board.iam waiting for a good solution.

Dear friend,
The qualification required for AIPMT is: 10+2 with the following subjects 1. Physics. 2. Chemistry. 3. Biology/Bio-technology 4. Mathematics or any other elective subject with English at a level not less than the core course for English. So you are very well eligible, do not worry prepare for enterance exam. All the best. |

AIPMT Pattern new pattern !! so it consists of maximum marks as 240!!

I am studying in 11th std in Andhra Pradesh but i am from Maharashtra.
Am i eligible to appear for AIPMT after my 12th? or AM i eligible to appear for PMT Maharashtra instead of giving Andhra Pradesh's EMCET? |

Eligibility Criteria for aipmt are: For applying the test, aspirants must have an age between 17 and 25 as on 31st December. The applicant must clear +2 in with subjects Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English. The marks needed in +2 are at least 50% in PCB. Only three times the aspirants attend the AIPMT test. Those who are from the states like Andhra Pradesh and Jammu Kashmir are not qualified to apply. Rules for Reservation Reservation made as per following details in 15% All India quota: 15% seats reserved for SC aspirants 7.5% seats reserved for ST aspirants 27% seats reserved for non-creamy layer OBC students in Central Educational Institutions. 3% seats reserved on horizontal basis for PH students for more details lof on to its official site aipmt.nic.in |

ALL INDIA PRE MEDICAL ENTRANCE EXAMINATION
For appear in this exam you must have to complete your 12th in PHYSICS, CHEMISTRY,BIOLOGY/BIO-TECH with at least 50%. there are 10% of relaxation are given to sc\st candidates in minimum percentage requirement. I think you are eligible for this medical exam. |

you need to fulfill the below criteria Eligibility Criteria (1)You age must be between 17 and 25 years. (2) the upper age limit f relaxed by a period of 5(five) years for the candidates of Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes/Other Backward classes. (3) The candidate must have passed in the subjects of Physics, chemistry, Biology/Bio-technology and English (4) You must be Indian national As you are from you are eligible provided you have other qualification |
