Age limit :
on or after 1st July 1989 date of birth candidates are eligible

What is the procedure of getting management quota and whom to approach?

Well friend the rank which you have got is too big to get a good college in viteee.i do not think so that you will get a good college with this kind of rank if you get any that will not be a good college.it will be better for you to go for preparation and score a better rank and then get a good college.
