Sir/Madam, is IGNOU graduate can be eligible for any state/national level competitive exams?
Iam doing B.A. Subjects combination: Public Administration, English & Foudation course in Social Science and Humanities.

Am i eligible for ssc exams, i have degree from SOL DU (school of open learning,delhi university)?
