Am I eligible for Bank PO exam if scored 79%, 54.5% and 65% in 12th, graduation and PGDM respectively?


Do i have to fulfill the eligibility criteria for any bank po exam as ,I have secured 79%marks in 12th,54.5 in graduation and finally 65%in pgdm??can any 1 give me d concrete ans...??

No you can't apply for it because you did not score 55% marks in your graduation.The eligibility for this post is you must have 60% in 12th and 55% in graduation.

Basically the criteria varies from bank to bank. For some the graduation score should be at least 60%. For some 55% is sufficient. For some private banks no restrictions are specified. Also some do consider the PG score. You need to check out the advertisement in the newspaper for the related information.

Yes you can surely apply for bank PO exams . They require a degree certificate of above 50% marks.

you have got 79%marks in 12th,54.5 in graduation and finally 65 in pgdm

so are eligible for writing the bank po exam

you can apply for all banks.

so start preparing for the exam

PROBATIONARY OFFICER EXAM


Probationary officer exam for recruiting candidates for the post of PO. Bank invites all the Indian eligible meritorious aspirants for the post of PO. Candidates have to fill online application forms to be recruited for the post of PO.

Common Eligibility Criteria:(may differ for different banks)

•Candidate must be a citizen of India.
•Candidates must have completed their graduation with at least 60 % aggregate in class 12 and 55% aggregate in graduation from the recognized University to be eligible for this course. However, SC/ST candidates are given a relaxation of 5% both in class 12 as well as Graduation.
•Candidate must be computer literate to be eligible for this course.
•Candidates must be above 21 years of age and must not be more than 30 years of age as on 28th February, 2011.

Hello rahul...

Yes, you are eligible because the eligiblity criteria for Bank PO exam is 60 % above in any of the graduation course which means you can show your Post graduation marks as the eligiblity to write the exam

Hey friend,

Sorry to say that you are not eligible for writing the Bank PO exam as you don't satisfy the eligibility rules.

Eligibility Rules:

1. Candidates must be around 21-30 years of age.

2. Candidates must have completed their graduation degree with 60% aggregate or
atleast 55% aggregate from a recognized university.

3. Candidates must have a knowledge about computers and to work in MS office.

As you are not satisfied rule 2 mentioned above you are not eligible for writing the exam.

No you are not eligible for

bank po as you do not fulfill the minimium

criteria of minimum 55/60% markjs in graduation and hence

you will not be eligible for any bank.

except if you are a category candidate like sc/st

who have relaxed criteria of 50 % in some banks like

union bank andhra bank vijya bank,gramin b ank etc.

To be Eligible for any Bank PO you needed.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA -

Educational Qualifications-

General Candidates and others - 60% or more marks in class XII*
and 55% or more marks in Graduation or Post Graduation.

Age - Not below 21 years and not above 30 years.

your graduation marks is 54.5% so you are not eligible bank po exam.

for this exam you must have graduation degree in any stream with at least 55%.
and also you must have 60% in 12 standard.
since, you have not got 55% in graduation , you are not eligible for this exam.However, SC/ST candidates are given a relaxation of 5% both in class 12 as well as Graduation.

I'm so sorry to tell you that you are not eligible for bank PO examination.

You do not have more than 60% in your graduation.So you are not eligible.

Age limitation :

You must have your age between 21 to 30 tears.

I have score 58.25% in graduation 61% in HSC but 52.35% in SC can i take attempt for bank PO exam.

i'm sorry to say this but it is true
many banks requires minimum 60%
if you have belongs to reservation categery you should have minimum 55% marks in your graduation....
you got only 54.5%
so it is impossible to apply for po's exam

GOVT SECTOR

GOVT Banks have procedure to recruit the candidates.

There are 2 stages to be clear by candidate.


1, Written examination

2, personal interview

1.Eligibility for apply in the BANK Entrance Examination.

A.Graduation from recognized university with at least 50% marks.

It all depend on the banks
If you clear the entrance examination you wiil called for interview.
After clearing the interview successfully.
you will get the job.

u can
but u will have exam u have to pass in that

P.O. - Probationary Officer exam for banks generally conducted by SBI and IBPS(Institute of Banking Personal Selection) time to time as per their requirement.

You are definately eligible for bank jobs
as you have completed MCA and have passed Graduation with 86% u should also be selected at a good post

You can apply for computer operator in the bank who can chwck the daily updates and handle work more efficiently

Today in Banks there are also Online services so u are eligible for that also

U will definately get a job in a bank
