Re: Am I eligible for Bank Clerk Exam after scoring 56% in 12th and 45% in graduation?
dear friend,
My friend the percentage criteria varies from bank to bank.. There some private banks those are hire students even having 55% or above 55% aggregate in 12th class. So, you can go for those banks.. As to apply for clerk exam graduation aggregate is not required.. So, you just don't need to bother about the graduation result. All you need is , your 12th class result.. As you have secured 56% in 12th class then you are eligible for some private bank clerical exams.. Eligibility for bank clerical exams:- 1.Candidate must have complete the 12th class in any trade. 2.For govt bank clerical exam:--candidate has to secure 60% aggregate in 12th class. For private bank clerical exam:-- candidate has to secure 55% aggregate in 12th class. 3.Age should be in between 18-28 year. For SC/ST the upper age relaxation is 5 years and for OBC the upper age relaxation is 3 years. 4.candidate should be a citizen of India. These are the minimum eligibility criteria you have to fulfill. All the best. |

Dear Friend,
Yes you are eligible for the bank clerical exam if you have completed 12th with 56% marks and graduation with 45% marks. One thing i would like to tell you that there is no percentage bar required in graduation to be eligible for the banking exams. The Required Educational Qualification for Bank Clerical Exam is Graduation in any stream from any recognized college/university. Since you have completed graduation so you are completely eligible and you need not to worry about the percentage as it has been removed from the required educational qualifications. The Bank Clerical Exam has been conducted every year mainly by the following : * State Bank Of India * Institute Of Banking Personnel Selection The Main Requisites of the Bank Clerical Exam are : ## Age Limit : a) For General Candidates : 18-28 years b) For OBC Candidates : 18-31 years c) For SC/ST Candidates : 18-33 years d) For Physically Handicapped : 18-38 years ## Nationality : The candidate must have Indian Citizenship. ## Number Of Attempts : a) For General Candidates : 4 b) For OBC Candidates : 7 c) For SC/ST Candidates : No Limits The Bank Clerical Exam Selection Procedure : 1) Written Examination 2) Personal Interview This is the information i have to the best of my knowledge regarding your query. Hope the information will help you to the extent you want. |
