Am i eligible for bank PO and Bank clerk exam? I have scored 63.33% in 12th and 54.61% in graduation
I want to know that am I eligible for Bank PO and
Bank Clerk Exams as I have got 63.33% in 12th and 54.61% in Graduation and 57.25% in Post Graduation Diploma in Finance Management. |

Yes, you are eligible for both the exams. Graduation in any subject is enough to apply. Percentage of marks obtained is not a criterion. Upper age limit for bank clerk is 28 years. In case of bank P.O, the maximum age limit to apply is 30 years.

Yes, you are eligible for Bank Clerical and P.O. Exam generally conducted by SBI and IBPS(Institute of Banking Personal selection) for 19 Public sector banks.
As you have scored 63.33% marks in 12th and have completted Graduation, you are eligible for SBI and IBPS Clerical exa. The eligible candidate aspiring for SBI Clerical exam, must be an Indian Citizen having either completed 12th with 60% marks in 12th in any stream from a recognised Board or having completed Graduation Degree in any stream from a recognised University within the age of 18 to 28 years with upper age relaxation for reserved candidate with good knowledge over computer operation. The eligible candidate aspiring for IBPS Clerical Exam, must be an Indian National having completed Graduation Degree in any stream from a recognised University within the age of 20 to 28 years with upper age relaxation from reserved candidate with good command over computer operation. Candidate should be completed Graduation degree in any stream from a recognized University. Age should be between 20 years to 28 years for General category candidates. IBPS(Institute of Banking Personal Institute) conducting the written examination for 19 banking sectors. This score is valid for one year only. Eligibility criteria for bank PO(Probationary Officer): Educational Qualification >> The candidate should be complete graduation in any stream from a recognised university. >> Some banks can ask the 60% marks in graduation. >> Candidate should be a citizen of india. Age criteria: Age limits is 21 years to 30 years, 3 years upper age relaxation for the OBC category, 5 years upper age relaxation for the SC/ST category. Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University with pass percentage is sufficient to make you eligible for Bank clerk and PO exam.
So don't worry unnecessarily about your Graduation percentage and start preparing for bank exams. Bank exams has huge competition and you need to be really well prepared for it. If you are not good at maths then you should practice maths for this exam because without maths you can not qualify this exam. In India bank exams are conducted by IBPS and SBI for various posts like clerks, POs and Specialist officers in various public sector banks of India. Age Limit for Bank Exam: For bank clerk 18 to 28 years. For bank PO 21 to 30 years. There is age relaxation for reserved categories candidates. SC/ST : 5 years relaxation OBC : 3 years relaxation PWD : 10 years relaxation Selection Procedure: The merit is based on the written and interview.
