I am born in muzaffarpur, bihar but i have done schooling in uttarpradesh. so, am I eligible to appear for bihar entrance exams?

Yes fortunately you are eligible for the any of the bihar entrance exam or even the jobs exams conducted in the state of the bihar.

It does not matter where do you live or study.

Since you were born in the bihar and your parents are from bihar your are a domicile of the bihar state.

Yes my dear friend as your birth place is BIHAR you will be able to appear for any entrance exam which is taking place in BIHAR without any doubt
