Am I eligible for campus placement in top MNCs if scored 59.8 percent in B.Tech? But scored more than 60 percent in 12th and 10th? Can you please give me the information? Am I eligible to apply for job in Infosys, Wipro, Mahindra Satyam and other companies or not?

As far as my best knowledge is concerned, you are not eligible to apply for MNC recruitment's. In general, Multi National Companies are very strict about the percentage criteria.

So, Some of the MNCs may round 59.8% as 60% marks and in that you may be eligible to apply for Campus Placements. On the other side, some of them consider your percentage as it is i.e., as 59.8% marks so in that case you may not be eligible to apply for those concerned companies.

The minimum percentage criteria required is 60% marks throughout the academics in order to be eligible i.e., from 10th Class to Graduation. And you may also apply for some small scale IT companies with this present criteria as you have secured good enough percentage in both 10th Class and 12th Classes.

Top Multinational Companies like TCS, IBM, Wipro, Cognizant, Infosys etc have following eligibility criteria:

Academic qualification:

Job seeking candidate should have minimum of 60% marks or above in 10th and 10+2.

Some seek 60% or above or 65% in bachelor's degree in Technology. There must not be any pending backlog in bachelor's degree in technology.

You are not eligible for campus placement in top MNCs mentioned here after scoring 59.8% marks in Bachelor of Technology.

According to my knowledge Most of the MNCs dwell on the percentage But some companies might take you depending upon your project and realtime skills like participating in coding programs, projects you worked on and lot more.

I have 59.8% in b-tech so I can give 60 % in any placement?
