Am I eligible for CET exam in Bangalore? I have completed diploma in EEE in Karnataka


Hi,

My name is Dipak. I have completed diploma in EEE in karnataka and i came in bangalore in 2007 till now i'm in bangalore only. My parents are staying past 10yrs in Bangalore. Please let me know am i eligible for CET exam in bangalore pls confirm ASAP.

No, you are not eligible to seat in CET entrance exam of Karnataka. KCET (Karnataka Combine Entrance Test ) is a national entrance exam which is conducted for the admission in various college for the MBA course. If you do not have Graduate degree certificate then you will not be allowed to apply for this entrance exam.

Graduation degree is must for MBA course, Because MBA is a master degree course and graduation is the minimum eligibility criteria to go for master degree course.

You can also get these information on the official website of Kartnataka CET http://kea.kar.nic.in/cet_2016.htm.

If your qualification is Graduate in any streams then you can apply for this entrance exam because your parents are staying in Bangalore since last 10 years hence there will be no question for citizenship. Also you completed your education under Karnataka Education board which is one of the main eligibility criteria.
