Sorry, it's not possible.
Lateral entry to degree courses are made through a common admission test. Minimum qualification for direct 2nd year entry in B.Tech course is diploma with at least 60% marks and B.Sc degree.
So, on the basis of this your selection is not possible.

yes, you are eligible for direct admission in second year.

after completion of your diploma you have to chance to admit for 2 nd year.

every state conduct the exam per year for admission lateral entry.

so you have to join this type of exam.

To get admission in direct 2nd year of b.tech after your diploma you have to appear in lateral entry exams like - polytechnic..

You can get the admission in B.tech depending upon your Score in lateral entry exam and counseling...

The eligibility criteria is-

you must have 45% aggregate in your diploma to get admission in B.tech..

As you have that , so don't worry..
just clear the lateral entry exam then you will be able for taking admission in B.tech..
