im completed diploma in mechanical engineering 2008 almost i reach 5 years what are the higher studies UG & PG for me pls te.....l directly can i eigible to do any master degree

I completed 3 year diploma in electronic engg. after completing 10th std , 2. Now Iam working in Co-op Bank as a Clerk. For getting promotion to Manager post any degree is required. See, Degree is also completed in the of10th std , 2 and other 3 year. The same period is consumed for Engg. Diploma also. The other thing is that any language degrees are considering for Manager post. But getting and engg diploma is comparatively difficult than getting such languages degrees. So is there any legal protection for getting promotion ?

You have mentioned in the query that you have completed diploma in mechanical engineering. But now after a long gap of five years you want direct admission in master degree. But note that this is quite impractical. It is not possible to get entry into master degree directly after diploma. Only after bachelor degree one can get entry into master degree. You are advissed to do bachelor degree first of all. Thereafter, you will get direct admission into master degree.
