Am i eligible to do Ph.D in abroad after completing MSc in applied Genetics with 78.3%?


hai friends iam bhavani rachamalla. i want to do phd in genetics in abroad. My BSc is a 3years course. I completed my MSc in Applied genetics with 78.3%. so friends plz let me know that iam eligible to do my phd in abrode r not, as i heard that BSc is must be a 4years course in abrode so iam in a ?. so kindely inform me the details fo my future carear in abroad friends.

i hv done msc in chemistry but i wnt to do phd in genetics .can i try for this?or i hv to do msc in biotech or genetics for being eligible?

i completed msc mathematics in an indian university. can i do phd outside india.
