No you are not eligible for GATE in CSE. Bachelor degree in engineering from any recognized University is the basic qualification mentioned for GATE. M.Sc degree holders in certain subjects like Physics and Electronics are also eligible. You can try for CSIR UGC NET exam. This will help you to have JRF or lectureship.
