I have got 84.35% in automobile engineering but I do not attend the online registration because of some problem but any chance of to get admission through the cut off list or government college. Please tell as soon as possible I hope you will accept my request.

Yes, you are eligible to get admission in government college after scoring 85.35 percent in Diploma in Automobile Engineering course. Candidates who have passed Diploma in Engineering course from a recognised board are eligible to get admission for lateral entry admission in second year of B.Tech course. You need to appear in lateral entry examinations like LEET, ECET, JELET, etc., which is conducted by your respective state technical board of education and participate in the counselling process to get admission for pursuing your higher studies in government college.

1. You are not eligible to get admission in any government college in bachelor's degree without appearing for entrance examination. Diploma candidates with 60% marks or more can apply for examination to get admission in government college.

2. Percentage based admission does not take place in government engineering college. You should wait for next year if you want admission in government college else take admission in private college.
